Director Resume: Aaron Fox

Aaron Fox
Century 21 Looking Glass
REALTOR® Member - 14 years

What do you believe makes you a qualified candidate for the Board of Directors?

I have a wide and deep understanding of many facets impacting our Association which will empower my ability to assist the Board in meeting its objectives. My multi-year involvement on committees includes Chair and member responsibilities on Education, Circle of Excellence, MLS, Finance, and RPAC.

What do you think the biggest issue is right now facing Agents and the real estate industry?

With a rapidly changing real estate landscape, two key issues facing agents and the industry include keeping abreast of federal policies, practices and legislation impacting the home buying process and effectively dealing with emerging and meaningful technology challenges and opportunities.

From your perspective, what can the Association do to help agents or the real estate industry improve?

The Association can assist both agents and the viability of our local industry by providing training to address ever-changing technology needs and opportunities as well as by sharing information vital to effectively managing rapidly evolving market conditions.

Tell us why you want to be on the Board of Directors?

I truly desire to share my experience as a younger, tech-focused agent with broker-owner experience with the Board to assist in the generation of well-targeted strategic objectives and the identification and implementation of practical, meaningful solutions to help agents and brokers prosper.
