Maggie Gerich

Maggie has worked in the real estate industry since 2003 and takes pride in her 3rd generation Lansing roots. In 2016, she earned a Certified Tourism Ambassador designation in order to help her clients really know their new neighborhoods! In her off time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children- being outdoors as much as the Michigan climate permits gardening or exploring one of Lansing's many trail systems. If you see Maggie driving, she will probably be singing along to one of her favorite Broadway show tunes on her way to an appointment. Maggie has worked closely with local and regional groups as a volunteer to assist in fundraising efforts for Children's Miracle Network and Capital Area Housing Partnership. She enjoys working with her clients and has built several long term working relationships based on trust and respect- that is the most rewarding part of the business according to Maggie. It is important to her that her clients understand the process of buying or selling a home and empowers them to make the best decisions for their own individual situation. It is her calm and patient nature that clients compliment most often along with her vast experience.
